Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return has been received safely.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Under consumer laws in the UK, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair & depending on the circumstances may be entitled to a replacement, discount or refund, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. These rights are in-line with manufacturer guarantees and vary between products beginning from the date of delivery of the original goods. Additionally, issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement. It does not mean that you receive a new warranty.
