Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it for the first 30 days, you are entitled to a refund, no questions asked.

RETURN PROCESS

Email us at support@nuvellepro.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Package Your Item
Place the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Send Your Return
Ship it to our return address which we will provided to you.

4. Receive Refund
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return has been received safely.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Under consumer laws in the UK, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair & depending on the circumstances may be entitled to a replacement, discount or refund, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. These rights are in-line with manufacturer guarantees and vary between products beginning from the date of delivery of the original goods. Additionally, issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement. It does not mean that you receive a new warranty. Therefore, it is important to be aware that your original warranty will expire on the original purchase.
